| Everyday we interact with the outside world and with the world within. This determines our current position in life. Going a step further we can say the quality of our lives is the quality of our communication.
Our module is a practical everyday approach to maximize communication - thereby leading to a better quality of relationships leading to a better quality of life.
The result of communication is the interpersonal relationship that we share with others. Interpersonal relationships form the backbone of our day-to-day lives, the quality or manner in which we deal with this determines our present attitude, attitude towards our family members, towards our colleagues and most importantly towards ourselves.
This module will inculcate concepts from NLP on language patterns and belief systems and this would be administered through constant reinforcement and practically applied techniques.
At the end of the course you will learn how to:
- Develop deep levels of rapport to establish relationships of trust and be even
- Enable high levels of influence over people whom you have no direct authority.
- Understand How to motivate your colleagues in a way that works for them, increasing their levels of motivation dramatically.
- Define and creating the right organisational culture.
- Develop a greater understanding of language, therefore gaining a great depth of understanding of habitual patterns within your organisation and employees. - Develop precision questioning skills that cut to the real issue.
- Learn to read your employees closely with calibration skills and sensory acuity, provide them information in the way they can best receive and handle challenges elegantly - Learn to negotiate smoothly, avoiding conflict and achieving win/win outcomes every time.
- Develop clear, specific well formed outcomes within your organisation
- Recognise your own values to make sure you-meet them. - Change limiting beliefs to more empowering ones.
